At Kanesville Valley we specialize in large slab milling with our Lucas Mill. We can handle any log up to 60" diameter and 20' long, however we are limited to 48"x12.5' if you'd like to utilize our vacuum kiln .
$0.75 per board foot log scale of the log to be cut. Use the "Scribner" option on the log Scale Calculator determine log board board feet at:

$50-$100 Chain Damage fee Per occurrence for hitting metal/rocks act.
$100 per hour excess log/slab wrestling or undue delay fee

Up to 2,000BF Lumber pack must be stickered with 3/4 or 7/8” thick stickers. Pack should be NO MORE than 48” wide x 12.5ft long. The maximum height should be no more than 50” tall.
Additional Charge of $200 if we sticker your lumber.
Our vacuum kiln can dry wood at rates of up to 10 times faster than a traditional wood kiln while limiting the cracking, cupping, and the discoloration that usually occurs with traditional wood kilns.

4/4 6-8 days
8/4 12-16 days
12/4 18-24 days
We meter each load weekly to achieve 6 to 8% moisture content.
